As the shawl is stitched, the person making it prays for the intended recipient. After completion, the shawl is lovingly presented to someone in need, along with a note expressing love and concern and explaining that they are being lifted up in prayer. In addition to prayer shawls, our ministry is knitting/crocheting scarves, hats, and mittens for the Center of Hope, Union Gospel Mission, and other ministries that provide warm clothing for the cold weather.
