 Announcements for 11-28-21

~Our annual congregational meeting was held during the worship service last Sunday, November 21st. Elected to the office of Elder were: Shari Kastein and Dan Kruse. Elected to the office of Deacon were: Mike Klarenbeek, Lonn Kellenberger and Lance Iwen.

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in Operation Christmas Child this year – whether by packing a box, donating to our packing party, or by praying. As a church, we far exceeded our previous best by packing a total of 212 boxes! As a drop-off location, we also received a record number of shoebox gifts – a total of 967! Praise the Lord! Our boxes are now in Denver where they are being processed and prepared to ship to their final destination. Please continue to pray for each of the children who will receive a shoebox gift – that their hearts will be open and ready to hear the Good News and that they learn how to share Jesus’ love with those around them. We look forward to another packing season in 2022! Merry Christmas!

~We are looking for volunteers to make prayer shawls.  We would like to donate several shawls to the “Game Plan for Hope” Ministry. Please contact Barb Folkens (712-470-5948) for more information and yarn.  Thank you in advance for blessing families.
