Announcements for 8-21-22     

 

 **Please be aware, Gary will be cleaning the carpets in the gathering space upstairs and it will need time to dry. So, if you could avoid entry from August 23-26th that would be great. If you need to enter the church during that time the north doors by the church office will be unlocked. Thanks for your understanding!

 

**I am in need of someone to cover Coffee Break on October 9th and Common Ground on Sept. 11th and October 9th. If you are willing to help out, please call or email the church office at frchurch@premieronline.net or 712-472-3729. ~Thanks Jammie

**You are invited! Join us on September 11th after church for a picnic in the parking lot! There will be inflatables for the kids. Bring your lawn chairs!

**Planning has begun for our Operation Christmas Child packing party. There is a sign-up sheet in the gathering space with the supplies needed to make this event a success. If you have any questions, please contact Amy Schulte. Thank you for your support!

*CAMPFIRE WORSHIP NIGHT: Join us for another night of worship, campfires, campfire songs, and s’mores. Bring your own lawn chair and roasting sticks! Come and go as you need! August 28th @6:30pm in the FRC parking lot.

*Women's Ministry would like to invite you to our Night of Renewal!  Sarah DeJong will be here to talk about her family's adoption path & the sanctity of all life.  Please join us in hearing Sarah's testimony!

*All are welcome!!!*

When: Wednesday, August 31
Time: 7pm
Where: First Reformed Fellowship Hall
      ~snacks & refreshments will be served~

**Please join us at the courthouse on Thursday, Sept 1st anytime between 10am and 6pm for the Lyon County and National Bible Reading Marathon. Each person participating will be given a portion of scripture to take and sit in their lawn chare somewhere on the courthouse lawn to read. Bring a bible and a lawn chair (there are also benches to sit on).
