Intro: Hallelujah = Praise the Lord

Hallelujah is the place where Knowledge and Truth meet Experience and Great Emotion. 

  1. Hallelujah: Salvation belongs to our God.
    1. Great Multitude = God’s people from every time, place, nation, and language
      1. Saving the One!
      2. Redeemed from the sin filled world.  Saved from the pit of Hell.
      3. Saved for a relationship filled with purpose, love and truth. 

 

  1. Hallelujah at the Funeral of Babylon
    1. The Lord will judge the City of Babylon
      1. Rev. 19:3 The smoke from her goes up forever and ever.

 

  1. Promise of no more sin, temptation, death, addiction, persecution, fear. 

 

  1. Victories over sin in our lives = Hallelujah

 

  1. Hallelujah at the Wedding of the Lamb
    1. Jewish Wedding Process

 

  1. Jesus is the Groom
    1. Loves us First.
    2. Pays full Price for our Salvation.
    3. Preparing a place for us.
    4. Promises to return for us.

 

  1. Church is the Bride of Christ.
    1. Receives Jesus as Lord and Savior
      1. Married to Christ
    2. Prepares for Jesus’ Return
      1. Becoming like Jesus
        1. Grow in knowledge and relationship with him
      2. Righteousness: Obedience out of Love, Grow in Faith and Trust
      3. Practice Hallelujah

 

Are you prepared for Christ to return?  Are you ready to raise a Hallelujah? Have you received Jesus as Lord and Savior?
