SOUP SUPPER REMINDER- OUR SR RCYF students will be hosting a Soup Supper on Jan 11, 5-7pm in the church fellowship hall.  All freewill donations will go to toward Rocky Mt. High.

Families of SR RCYF STUDENTS:  Please ask you son or daughter about what they need for soup supper on Jan 11.  All students are asked to bring a home-made dessert (1 per family) and a $10 donation.  Please drop the desserts off by 2pm on Jan 11. With winter quickly approaching we have a few reminders as far as cancelling worship. We will make announcements via Flocknote, Prayer Chain, Social-Media and the following radio stations KIWA Sheldon and K101/KQAD.  The same rules apply to our Wednesday night activities. (If Central Lyon and or West Lyon schools release early or cancel, we will NOT have activities that day, so please plan accordingly) Thanks for your understanding. First Reformed Church.

On January 20, Justice for All will be visiting Harvest Hands.

Since 1999, Harvest Hands Ministries has touched lives for Christ in Mexico.  Harvest Hands Ministries’ vision is to create a loving environment where the poor and destitute people of Mexico may find comfort and solace both physically and spiritually through our various programs with an emphasis on the needs of children. Currently our focus concentrates on the Resplandor De Vida Children’s home located near the City of Juarez, Mexico.

Hoping that First Reformed can collect the following items.

Here's a list of the school supplies RDV needs:    pencils, colored markers, colored pencils, crayons, erasers, & pencil sharpeners.   Items can be placed in the box by the welcome center! Collection will end January 8, 2023.  😊
