Bible Reading Plan: You can grab a bible reading bookmark from the Welcome Center or sign up at the Welcome Center for a daily text with the scripture reading for the day!
Sunday, March 10 at 11:30 am is First Reformed churches next potluck meal. All are welcome! Please bring a hot or cold dish to share. Drink and tableware will be provided. We need 7 people to help with set-up and 8 people to help with clean-up. If you are willing to help, please contact Sharon Postma at 712-470-0533, the church office, or sign up at the Welcome Center.

Intro: Babe Ruth Calling his Shot
Glory goes to those who make good on their promises.
The greater the promise kept, the greater the glory.
- God Called His Shot:
- 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (According to what scripture?)
- Isaiah 53:7-12 (700 BC)
- Christ Died for Our Sins (Vs 7-8)
- Silent Before Accused (Is. 53:7)
- Matt. 27:12-14
- Died for our Sins (Is. 53:8)
- “It is Finished” (Paid in Full)
- Christ was Buried (vs 9)
- Died as a Criminal, intended to be buried as a Criminal.
- Instead Buried with the rich (Joseph’s Tomb)
God Called His Shot
- Raised on the 3rd Day (Vs 10-12)
- Jesus’ Atonement for our Sins is cemented in the Resurrection.
