ANNOUNCEMENTS

Prayers:

•Pam Foster, Bob Dreke’s sister (coping with Huntington’s disease)

•Tanner Lincecum (pray that Tanner’s shunt will continue to work effectively)

•Lambert Van Olst (is currently in remission with leukemia)

•Karen De Noble, David De Noble’s mother (has been diagnosed with cancer; please pray for comfort as Karen goes through chemotherapy treatments)

•Carol Groen (continues to be evaluated at Mayo Clinic regarding her lower back problems)

•Thomas Bouwman, Tom & Sheryl Bouwman’s son (continues to make progress in physical therapy)

•Greyson Austin (doing well with the Humira injection every 2 weeks)

•Ray Schram, Jeff Schram’s father (continues to battle cancer; will meet with his doctor soon to discuss treatment options)

•Lyle Kahl (scheduled for surgery at U. of Minnesota on April 13)

•Anita Dieren (recovering at home from shoulder surgery on April 1)

•John Ymker, Jody Vande Weerd’s brother (see prayer update below)

•Barb Hoogendoorn (currently undergoing heart-related tests)

•Dale Klarenbeek (took a fall at work; is now home and recovering from broken ribs)

•David Groen (currently hospitalized at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls with pneumonia and an overwhelming infection in his body)

*Your prayers are also requested for the following individuals who are coping with cancer:Melissa Moser (Kathy Moser’s daughter-in-law), Marilyn Kuyper (Ethanie Pulscher’s aunt; continues to be treated for cancer and is experiencing a lot of fatigue), Arlene Sterler, Robbie Korthals’ mother (Arlene’s cancer has moved to her lungs; pray for Arlene’s doctors to have wisdom as they care for her), Trish Lombard, Tara Bouwman’s mother (recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer), and Vicki Van Houten, Judy Netten’s sister (is tolerating her chemotherapy treatments well).

Prayer Update:John Ymker (Jody Vande Weerd’s brother) continues to recover from his heart surgery at home.He is slowly regaining his strength and is able to do some physical therapy home exercises.

Listen to God’s voice and reflect.Let go and let God.

Obey His Word and His teachings.

Call on Jesus’ name and be calm.

Know that God has a purpose for all of this.

Dwell in His presence.Do not panic.

Offer a prayer for everyone’s safety.

Wait on the Lord and be patient.This too shall pass.

Nurture our personal relationship with God.
