Prayers:Your prayer support is appreciated for the following individuals and their special circumstances: Mitchell Van Beek (recovering from shoulder surgery), Jeff Van Veldhuizen (recovering from hip replacement surgery), Mykenah Horstman (pray that Mykenah’s spinal cord will not re-tether), Caden Wright (pray for healing and for Caden to regain his strength following his hospital stay), Tanner Lincecum (pray that Tanner’s shunt will continue to be effective), Pam Foster, Bob Dreke’s sister (coping with Huntington’s Disease), Gayle Wagenaar, Conrad & Audrey De Noble’s brother-in-law (recently diagnosed with acute leukemia), Thomas Bouwman, Tom & Sheryl Bouwman’s son (diagnosed with myocarditis and is slowly recovering at home), Tony Schoneveld, Jessica Harman’s grandfather (has stage 4 COPD), Nelva Rohlfs, Lavonne Grooters’ sister (recovering from hip surgery; pray for regained strength), Zucker Freerks, Sara & Justin Groen’s nephew (recovering from aspiration pneumonia), Danny Bolerjack, Danielle Bouwman’s father (recovering from a stroke), and Greyson Austin, Marlene Mellema’s grandson/Meredith & Joe Vander Zee’s nephew (recovering at home from his second colon surgery).
Your prayers are also requested for the following individuals who are coping with cancer: Dave Kwikkel (Arnie & Donna Kwikkel’s son), Arlene Sterler (Robbie Korthals’ mother), Marilyn Kuyper (Ethanie Pulscher’s aunt), and Gail Hartter (Eric Hartter’s mother).
Prayer Updates: Asher Menning was discharged from the hospital last week. He continues to recover from RSV and pneumonia. Jack Gable, Allison Van Aartsen’s father, has had a bout of pneumonia as well as some vision issues. Jack is also dealing with strength issues in his legs.
Congratulations! to Melissa and Brent Hofmeyer on the birth of a baby girl, Ruthie, on Tuesday, December 18th.
Sympathy: We extend our sympathy to Margie and Richard Reitsma and Heather and Dave Springer & their family on the death of Margie’s sister, Jenny Cerrullo, on December 15. A memorial service for Jenny was scheduled on December 22 in Springfield, Missouri.
Prayer Request: Prayers are requested for Erica Vik’s family. Erica, 26 year old daughter of Keith and Angie Vik, took her life on Sunday, December 16th in the San Francisco area. A memorial service is planned at Grace Bible Fellowship Church at 2:00 pm on December 29th in Washburn, WI. The address for Pastor Keith and Angie Vik is 214 5th Avenue E, Ashland, WI 54806. Erica is the niece of Bob and Karen Reemts. ~ Thank you.
Update: Please be in prayer for Greyson Austin and his family while he is in Mayo having all of his vitals reviewed to make sure he will be ready for his Feb 6 surgery to complete the reconstruction of his colon. ~ Marlene Mellema & families
Thank you for your prayers, cards, and acts of kindness after my recent surgeries. Special thank you to Pastor Dan and Sue for your calls and visits in the hospital, as well as Bob and Karen Reemts our Care Elders. We are thankful for good reports and pray for continued good health.

Cornerstone Prison Church Faith Fellowship Weekend: Friday, January 25 – 6:00 to 8:00 pm & January 26 & 27 – 7:15 am to 4:00 pm each day.
