Prayers:Your prayer support is appreciated for the following individuals and their special circumstances: Dennis Altman (recovering from knee replacement surgery), Tanner Lincecum (pray that Tanner’s shunt will continue to be effective), Mykenah Horstman (pray that Mykenah’s spinal cord will not re-tether), Thomas Bouwman, Tom & Sheryl Bouwman’s son (recently diagnosed with myocarditis; has returned home with restrictions), Asher Menning (pray that the blood clot in Asher’s right atrium will dissolve), Pam Foster, Bob Dreke’s sister (coping with Huntington’s Disease), Rosemary Harman (Steve Harman’s mother), Twilla Hoekstra (recovering from surgery), Tony Schoneveld, Jessica Harman’s grandfather (has stage 4 COPD), and Russell Carver, Rachelle Johnsen’s father (recovering from surgery).

*Your prayers are also requested for the following individuals who are coping with cancer: Dave Kwikkel (Arnie & Donna Kwikkel’s son), Arlene Sterler (Robbie Korthals’ mother), Marilyn Kuyper (Ethanie Pulscher’s aunt), and Gail Hartter (Eric Hartter’s mother).

Prayer Updates: Mary Vermeer has returned home from the Rock Rapids Health Center.

Update on Greyson Austin: Greyson had a checkup with his surgeon at Mayo on Monday. She said he is healing well. He is off all prednisone, and is gaining weight. He says that food tastes “amazing!” He continues to have his “sunny personality”. He will return to Mayo on Dec 6th for his next surgery. Hopefully he will only need this one more surgery, but his surgeon will assess this after she gets into the surgery. The end result will be to use his small intestine for his colon so that he can go normally with no more exterior bag. Praising God for his wonderful surgeon and for this amazing medical procedure! We, as his family, thank you for your many prayers; and ask you to continue to remember Greyson. We want you to know that we have felt your prayers so many times. With heartfelt thanks, Marlene Mellema and families.

Thank you to a great church home for the prayers, cards, and visits that we received after Denny’s knee replacement surgery. It was all much appreciated. A special thank you to Sue Haggar. ~ Denny & Diane Altman
