Psalm 42:1-11

Introduction:The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many kinds of losses into our lives.It is important for our physical, mental and spiritual health that we grieve this loss.Psalm 42 gives us guidance in processing our emotions.

Conclusion:Above all things the Psalmist seeks after his God regardless of the outcomes.He trusts that the Lord is all sufficient.
